Returns Policy

Because tea is a highly sensitive, consumable agricultural product, we uphold extremely strict health and safety standards. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for tea once the external seal or internal vacuum packaging has been opened.

Damaged Goods

If your package arrives physically damaged or compromised during transit, please contact us at concierge@somanshtea.shop within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photographs of the unboxing and the damaged tin. We will arrange a replacement immediately.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our estate. Once an order has been handed to our shipping partners, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
