वापसी की पात्रता
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required
- Gift sets and subscription items may have different return windows

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened tea packages (for hygiene and quality reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling

वापसी प्रक्रिया
Return Process
- Contact our support team at returns@somansh.com to initiate a return
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 48 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the package to the address provided with your RAN
- Include the RAN on the outside of the package

धनवापसी समयसीमा
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Original payment method will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the exchanged item has a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly
- Follow the same process as returns to initiate an exchange

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of the damage and your order details
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
